Board of Director – Public Meetings
All Alba Recreation and Park District meetings happen at 6pm, unless otherwise noted.
Residents are encouraged to attend our quarterly meetings.
Matters to be presented at Board meetings are listed in an agenda prepared, in advance, by the Secretary of the Board. To place an item on the agenda, please submit a written request to the Secretary of the Board by 5:00pm one week prior to the meeting.
Any citizen desiring to speak on a matter not appearing on this Agenda may do so during Public Comments. The Board President will request remarks from the audience. Those comments, by State Law, are limited to items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board of Directors. Please be aware that the law prohibits the Board from discussing or taking action on items that are not on the Agenda except for very limited situations.
